I’m at Moms LA with a discussion provoked by a judges ruling on Monday. In the ruling he stated that the user’s content ( an Occupy Wall Street marcher and arrestee) is Twitter’s content.
So who owns your online content?

Really? I’m guessing Twitter–it’s their platform. Although I question whether they want to take responsibility for all the content anybody ever twittered. So they might want to make sure they are really thinking through that argument before they commit.
This is really interesting, I dont know law and legal stuff too well but what I do know is that in this instance the account and content below to twitter but what if it was someone in a different state or country?
How valuable is someones twitter content though? its 140 characters!
